Muffin Monday – Pistachios muffins with vanilla and marzipan

I´ve seen this event at Küchenlatein and decided to participate in the last moment.
Here is my recipe:

Titel: Pistachios muffins with vanilla and marzipan
Menge: 12 Pcs.
Fat and plain flour for the form
1/8 Ltr. Milk
100 Gramm Marzipan
60 Gramm Soft Butter
200 Gramm Plain flour
100 Gramm Grounded pistachios
70 Gramm Sugar
1 Pack. Vanilla sugar
1 Teel. Baking powder
1/2 Teel. Baking soda

Preheat the oven at 180°C. Fat the muffin-form and cover it with
plain flour or insert baking cases.
Heat the milk in a small jar until it is lukewarm. Reduce the
marzipan to small pieces and add them to the milk while stirring
until the marzipan is disingrated. Add the marzipan-milk with butter
and eggs to a bowl and stir. Mix the plain flour, pistachios, sugar,
vanilla sugar, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt in a

Insert the dough to a maximum of ¾ of the hollows of the muffin-form
and put it in the oven at middle height. Bake it 20-25 minutes until
they are golden. Take them out and let them rest for approximately 5
minutes. Take the muffins out of the form to cool down.
